1. Kabul
Pawly'yi ("uygulama") kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Tıbbi feragatname
Uygulamadaki semptom kontrolü ve fotoğraf analizi yalnızca genel bilgilendirme ve yönlendirme (triyaj) amaçlıdır. Bir risk seviyesi (düşük/orta/acil) sunar; hastalık teşhisi koymaz. Sonuçlar profesyonel veteriner görüşünün yerini tutmaz. Evcil hayvanınızın sağlığıyla ilgili kararlar için her zaman bir veterinere danışın.
3. Abonelik ve ödemeler
- Pawly ücretsiz bir sürüm ve isteğe bağlı bir Premium abonelik sunar.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti aynı süre içinde tahsil edilir.
- Abonelikleri App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Fiyatlar ve dönemler uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu şartlara uygun olarak kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içeriği ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz veriler size aittir ve cihazınızda kalır.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından veya triyaj sonuçlarına dayanılarak alınan kararlardan doğabilecek zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.

By using Pawly (the "app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Medical disclaimer
The symptom checker and photo analysis are for general information and triage only. They provide a risk level (low/medium/urgent); they do not diagnose disease. Results are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Pawly offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription.
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within that period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Prices and periods are shown on the in-app purchase screen.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to their respective owners. Data you enter is yours and stays on your device.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or from decisions made in reliance on triage results.

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page.
